Mr.Raghu Mehta is the senior-most lawyer of the firm and has experience spanning over three decades. His expertise lies in civil litigation, consumer protection, criminal complaints, banking claims and company related suits, general commercial corporate laws, domestic and international arbitration, injunction laws, writs, real estate laws, family laws, employment laws, labour laws, accident claims, intellectual property laws etc. He has also served as arbitrator in various commercial disputes . He has also served as Additional Advocate General of Jammu and Kashmir which serves as another feather in his cap.
Mr. Mehta has represented in many cases before different courts and forums including High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Co-Operative Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal in Jammu and is currently serving as Senior Central Government Standing Counsel in Central Administrative Tribunal at Jammu.
Ms. Luxmi Khajuria is an associate of the firm with over 4 years of experience. She graduated with B.A LLB from Jammu University in the year 2016. Hear areas of expertise are Service Matters, Criminal Complaint, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration etc. Ms. Khajuria has also been involved in vetting and negotiating various family disputes through mediation and regularly advises clients on various issues.
